The AI guide is currently provided as a Japanese Markdown file. Save the file, attach it to the AI assistant you normally use, and ask it to explain Time Defense in your language. This is public documentation: the app itself does not include AI features or send your events, Todos or Memos to an AI.
Use it in three steps

- Use the link above to download the AI guide.
- Attach just that file to the AI assistant you normally use, such as ChatGPT.
- Ask about using Time Defense, for example: “Where can I find Todo?”
Privacy
This is not a feature that sends events, Todos or Memos from Time Defense to an AI. Do not paste real schedules, personal names, locations, workplaces, business partners, credentials, payment details or confidential information into an external AI. Check that external AI service's privacy rules yourself.
