Q. Will starting the 30-day trial automatically charge me?
No. Starting the trial does not require a purchase. When the trial ends, the app does not automatically switch to Pro or charge you.
Q. How can I use Pro?
Explicitly purchase Pro from within the app. You will not be charged unless you purchase it.
Q. Does Time Defense Calendar store my credit card information?
No. Pro payments are handled on the Google Play purchase screen. Payment methods and credit card information displayed or confirmed by Google Play are needed to process Pro payments; Time Defense Calendar does not collect or store card numbers.
Q. When does the trial start?
You can try the current Pro-equivalent features for free for 30 days from the first time you open Time Defense Calendar.
Q. Are saved events, Todos and Memos deleted when the trial ends?
No. Saved events, Todos and Memos are not deleted. You can continue to view, edit and delete them.
Q. Can Free only display five events per day?
No. Free allows you to manually create up to five new events per day. This is not a limit on the number of events that can be displayed in a day.
Q. Does deleting an event restore a Free creation allowance for that day?
No. Free counts successful creation operations. Deleting an event does not increase the number of events you can still create that day.
Q. What are the Free limits for Todo and Memo?
Todo and Memo can each contain up to 30 currently saved items. Deleting an item frees up space.
Q. What happens to events created with Timetable when the trial ends?
Events created through timetable deployment during the trial are not deleted or locked when the trial ends. They remain ordinary events that you can view, edit and delete. Recurrence and notifications also continue under the same conditions as ordinary events.
Q. What does Pro offer?
Pro removes the creation limits for events, Todos and Memos and lets you use Pro features such as timetable deployment and custom time stamps.
Q. Where can I check the Pro price?
Prices, currencies and taxes follow the information shown on the Google Play purchase screen. Review it before purchasing.
Q. Where do I cancel or manage Pro?
Manage it on the Google Play subscriptions screen.
Q. Is payment information shown on the Google Play purchase screen shared with Time Defense Calendar?
In standard Google Play payments, Google Play manages payment methods and credit card information. Time Defense Calendar checks the purchase state needed to determine Pro access, but does not collect or store card numbers.
Q. What should I check before purchasing?
Before purchasing, check the price, billing interval, currency, taxes and account on the Google Play purchase screen. If anything is unclear, contact support before purchasing.
